This is really free? What’s the catch?

Yes, free. No catch.

This is part of how Remedy builds visibility for what we do. If the course works for you and you want to explore continued coaching after Week 5, we’ll talk about that then. No obligation either way.

What if I can’t make every Monday live?

Live participation is strongly encouraged. The course works best when you’re in the room each week, on camera, in conversation.

That said, life happens. Recordings will be provided if you have to miss a session. The expectation is that you show up live for most of the course, not all of it.

I’m not a salesperson. Will this work for me?

The course is built for owners, operators, and anyone customer-facing. Including professional salespeople.

OutGrow works for the technician on a service call. The receptionist who answers the phone. The owner who closes deals. The project manager who handles client work. The salesperson who’s been doing this for years. If you talk to customers in any role, the methodology applies.

Most participants are people who never thought of themselves as in sales. That’s a feature, not a bug. But if you are in sales, even at a high level, OutGrow gives you a system that compounds your existing skills.

How is this different from other sales courses?

Most sales training teaches scripts and closing tricks. OutGrow teaches better customer conversations — reaching out before customers think to call you, asking the Did You Know questions that surface opportunities they hadn’t considered, building a consistent daily rhythm of one to five proactive calls.

You’ll learn to communicate more effectively. You’ll learn the simple proactive work most businesses skip: who to call, what to ask, when to follow up, and how to make it a habit that holds.

What size business is this for?

Solopreneurs and small businesses with 1 to 10 employees are the target audience for this course format.

If your business is larger, the methodology still applies but the course format isn’t the right fit. As a Certified OutGrow Advisor®, Casey works with larger companies through Remedy’s full advisory engagements. What happens after Week 5?

The course ends, but you’ll have the methodology in hand. You’ll know the system, you’ll have practiced it for five weeks, and you’ll have the WhatsApp group for continued conversation.

For participants who want continued coaching, accountability, and the structured practice that makes the system stick long-term, we offer an optional ongoing practice group at a substantial founding rate for course graduates. Completely optional. We’ll talk about it briefly in Week 5. No pressure.
